This 6-month program combines education and coaching to support you through perimenopause and menopause. You'll gain a deeper understanding of your body's changes, learn to advocate for your health, and discover tools to navigate this phase with confidence and support.

Explore the basics of menopause and share your personal experiences to better understand the physical and emotional changes you're facing.

Month 2: What Is Normal During Menopause?

Learn about the common changes that occur and what is considered normal, so you can feel more confident in your body’s transitions.

Month 3: Nutrition and Its Role in Menopause

Understand the impact of nutrition as your hormones fluctuate and discover which foods and supplements can support your journey.

Month 4: Menopause Empowerment

Explore your options and make empowered choices. Explore hormone therapy and earn how to keep your pelvic floor strong and healthy through midlife and beyond.

Month 5: Advocacy and Finding Your Voice

Gain the tools to advocate for your health, make informed decisions, and speak up for what you need to feel supported during this time, and make yourself the priority.

Month 6: Leading Your Best Life Post-Menopause

Envision your future and design the life you want to live after menopause, focusing on health, happiness, and embracing your new phase of life
