During the walk:
Coach Jennifer will walk alongside all of you as we walk and explore nature.
There will be moments where we can pause and reflect on our meditation.
Everyone is welcome to share what is arising and receive coaching.
Post Walk:
Debrief as a group

Meditate into Life

Meditate into Life is a meditation group with gentle yoga movements that will meet on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month. The class will be held online
Each month, we will progress through a different theme based on the yoga foundations of the Yamas and the Niyamas.
These two guidelines have been described as rare gems of wisdom that give direction to a well-lived and joyful life (Deborah Adele) Toward the end of the year, we will shift focus to heart and healing through the third and fourth chakras.
We will begin in reflection in the first month of the year taking time to breathe and to be, and to make space to contemplate new possibilities.

Breath work in a safe and comfortable environment
An invitation to come into relaxed and supported yoga poses
A guided meditation supported by soft and gentle music
